Both diverse in their own ways; starting out with the underground Ballroom scene and dances from said scene and continuing into Waltz in Ballroom dancing.
Tap those hooves and shuffle those paws, as Jul the Reindeer presents the basic steps of tap dancing! Tap shoes not necessary, but stiff-soled shoes recommended. Feetpaws and soft-soled shoes will be more difficult to learn with.
Saturday will include techniques for expanding range of motion and emotional integration. In this class we'll practice maintaining stillness in the face of challenge. This will be a good class to attend if you're interested in learning to energize yourself without the use of caffeine.
